Both the original artwork and prints are carefully packaged to protect against damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns Policy.

 

ORIGINAL PAINTING: presented unframed on a lightweight board wrapped in cellophane, securely packaged in a flat reinforced box.

 

GICLÉE PRINTS: Printed on 300gsm fine art hot pressed paper, sent unframed, rolled in acid free conservation tissue and shipped in a reinforced cylinder.

Shipping is included on all orders, regardless of destination. Reputable international shipping providers are used to ensure safe and timely delivery of your artwork with tracking.

 

Allow up to two (2) weeks for delivery depending on your location, and local postal services. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

 

We reserve the right to update shipping methods or carriers at our discretion. Any changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

All artwork sold by Roanne O'Donnell is final sale and non-returnable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged. If your order is damaged in transit, you must notify us in writing within two (2) days of receipt. Notification must include photographic evidence of the damage and be sent to contact@roanneodonnell.com.

You’re welcome to display and share the artwork for personal or promotional purposes, such as on social media or in interior photography, as long as the artist (Roanne O'Donnell) is credited. If you’d like to include the image in a brochure, website, or exhibition catalogue, just get in touch. Written permission can be granted for these uses.
